James has been studying herbal medicines, nutrition, and medical research since 1967. He has gathered substantial information on the causes of many issues and illnesses such as prostate cancer, male impotency and natural aphrodisiacs, diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular health. His specialty is health and sport nutrition.

James has initiated the call to Holistic Health Practitioners to join together in Oakland, CA for an Annual Holistic Health Exposition. He has presented health lectures in West Africa, and speaks regularly on radio and cablevision across the United States to business, civic, church, family and community organizations.
