The cost is only $99 per month for 500 subscribers, or $149 per month for 1000 subscribers. The number of messages you can send is unlimited under both plans (although you shouldn't send more than 8 messages per subscriber per month to keep them on your list).
There is a minimal one-time set up fee of

Does my cell phone bill go up if I use this?
No, the SkyVault Mobile SMS system is not connected to or associated with your cellular account.
Do my customers get charged to receive my SMS messages?
No. Your customers opt-in to your list by sending a text to your long code or short code first. There is never any cost incurred by you or them when they join your list.
Most cellular carriers have unlimited text messaging plans. However, if your customer pays for text messages on a per message basis, their normal text message rate will apply. They can “opt-out” of your list automatically at anytime.
Is there a contract?
There is no long-term contract. Our services are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.
What is your refund policy?

Do I need a computer to use your service?
No, it is possible to send your broadcasts with any cell phone with Internet access. There are no extra costs incurred. Using a computer will give you access to more features and functionality.
Where do I go to set it up?
The SkyVault Mobile home office can set your account up quickly, by phone.
How many people can I send to?
The number of subscribers you can have is unlimited. The number of messages you can send them is determined by the plan you choose, and you may not send more than 8 messages per month to any one number.
Send your messages out in a prudent manner in order to maintain their effectiveness and not irritate your subscribers.
If I cancel, do I get to have the telephone numbers of my subscribers?
Due to U.S. privacy laws and SkyVault Mobile policies, the subscriber phone numbers cannot be released.
Must I pay by credit card?
You can also pay by check, using our simple form. Your Authorized Agent or Account Manager can provide you everything you need to make your account setup as quick and easy for you as possible – usually within 1 business day.
What keyword do I pick?
Pick a keyword that matches your business. If your business name is short and simple, that would be a logical choice. We ask that you give your Authorized Agent your top 2 preferences when you sign up and we will take it from there. SkyVault Mobile has specialists that will help you determine the best available keyword for your business.
Can I have more than one Keyword?
Yes. You can use one account and add an unlimited number of keywords for only $20 each. Your SkyVault Mobile Account Manager can detail the many options you have to maximize the value of our service for your business.
What number will people text my keyword to?
The number will be assigned when your keyword is determined, as the keyword will be specific to that long code or short code number. We will help you find the ideal keyword for your business.
Who I do make the check payable to?
Make checks payable to SkyVault Mobile Media.
How long does it take to get set up?
Once your registration is completed, your Account Manager will contact your within one business day. At that time, we will walk you through the system to insure you know everything you need to know in order to make the most of our service for your business.
You will always have a direct line to your home office Account Manager for assistance any time you need it.
When I send a broadcast, does it have to go out to everyone or can I send to a small group?
You can send global broadcasts to individuals, or to your keyword group. You can even set up timed messages. Your Account Manager will walk you these options and help you maximize the service for your individual needs.
Do you include third-party advertisements in the text messages my prospects receive?
