Everyone,
Just thought I'd drop a quick note to tell you some very exciting
news.
The new, expanded letsdodeals.net online resource center has just
been
launched! Over 150 pages of information, tools, and services are
now right at
your fingertips.
The letsdodeals.net
resource center is divided into three main categories:
1) Millennium System Resources - An abundance of articles, ebooks,
courses, and software to help you learn the things they never taught
you in school. Now with full search capability, site map, newsgroup
forum, and a calendar where you can keep track of area investor
club meetings, etc. (Let me know of any events you want posted.)
Coming Shortly: a directory of private lenders and note buyers.
2) Web Site Services - lots of tools, articles, and services for
using the Internet
to make profits - with real estate, and with online properties as
well. (Tip: when
you get to the entrance, click on the satellite at the top of the
page to activate
the secret doorway. That way you don't have to enter your email
address to get in!)
3) Real Estate Investor Services - the Virginia Real Estate Investors
Association (VREIA) - marketing venue for buying and selling properties
without the necessity of bank loans. Post properties, find properties,
and make use of the tools you select from Sections 1 and 2.
The staff has now begun a nationwide marketing campaign promoting
the new site.
This means, among other things, your properties will get a lot more
exposure -
both to people in the local area and those planning to move here.
